Chad and his crew are amazing to work with!  They actually respond to texts, emails, and calls. They actually let you know when they are on the way and arrive when they said they would. If you have worked with other sprinkler companies then you know how rare this is! Besides great service, Chad is just a nice guy. He takes the time to explain any work that needs done, how to monitor your system if you have the app, and has even walked me through step by step (over the phone) how to make changes on my system. Affordable irrigation and sprinkler repair, evaluation, and adjustments - including valve replacements. Figured out exactly what we needed and did the work for a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about Chad.  We contacted him for an inspection of our sprinkler system and to diagnose any needed repairs so we can get that up and running.  From first contact, he was responsive and communicative of when he would be at our home, and arrived promptly when he said he would (a rarity these days, it seems).  After talking to us and learning about some plumbing issues we had recently, he read our water meter and determined we still have a plumbing leak somewhere in the house.  Rather than proceed with the sprinkler system inspection we had requested, he told us that with the plumbing leak we could get a false diagnostic of issues with the system, and recommended we get the plumbing issues corrected first and then he would come back and do the inspection when we would get more accurate results.  Chad spent about 40 minutes with us today and received nothing in return - except new long-time customers in us.  It is hard to find good, honest, dependable people and companies, but we have found one in TLC.  We are grateful and look forward to working with Chad and his team in the future!
